Before you continue on such fancy ideas like a limited Ghazwa-e-Hind, I want to point out a simple thing.

Let us suppose that Pakistan has successfully captured India-administered Kashmir through a limited war. What will you present to the newly "liberated" Kashmiris ?? Pakistan is no progressive society like USSR, Cuba or pre-2011 Libya. We know that Pakistan still is Capitalist and has regressive cultural things like honor killings.

In India-administered Kashmir, there are all kinds of ideas. There are the Socialist progressives like Shehla Rashid and Yousuf Tarigami, and there are regressives like the burqa gang of Asiya Andrabi who promote a Taliban version of Islam.

What will you do such these varied kind of people ??

It's an unusual situation, where most other places on the planet have seen numerous invasions, empires and migrations to and from.

For the indigenous people of Hindustan, unable to migrate due to their geographic situation, it's been a case of defending against perceived invaders on a consistent basis. Of course, this would result in a specific mindset being created among the people, and an unusually large amount of cultural homogeneity would also naturally form.
