We certainly already know things get dirty in the IA. We have the CAG report of the Arjun trials.

Parrikar actually warned about, 'repeated changes in GSQR and unrealistic technology requested in the short time frame.'

Warning along wont stop our army from doing this all over again he has to push it through their throat like he did in LCA . Sometime I fell IA top brass is behaving exactly how the Chinese/Pakistanis expect our army to be the current pathetic state of our army where we have shortage for even some basics like Ammunition, Rifles, BPJ,Helmets .................should be 100% blamed on the IA top brass and I don't even want to talk about some hi-tech equipment shortage here
