BS article which rationalizes the act of terror perpetrated by some fanatics among Muslims by giving inane reasons.

If everything started with Ayodhya on Dec 6 1992 then I would say Ayodhya started with Shah Bano case and Kashmiri Muslim genocide of Pandits.

The level of opportunity and security that is given to minorities is among the best that is seen all over the world. No use in blaming the majority for the failings of one particular community. The rise of Madarsahs,stupid extremist Mullahs,vote-bank politicians like Congress, Lalu,Mulayam who want the Muslims to be in fear of the Hindus and their (Muslim mass) inability to see beyond them are some of the main reasons for the failings of the Muslim community in India.It would not be an exxageration to say Hindus are the best majority any minority can have and a model minority in case of other majority.

you are right, to the bold part there is a lot to add to the list. a few oppertunits who divide the country on the basis of religion.

People should remember that when they speak about "Saffron" terrorism or "Hindu" terrorism all day long in "secular" news channels.

Because it has been proved that most of the cases of bomb blasts some fanatic Muslims are involved and worldwide followers of no other religion are involved in terrorism.

Unfortunate, yet unavoidable. The Govt must enact strong compensatory laws to make good the loss for those persons and first off all never must disclose the true identity of the arrested suspects on TV.

It has been proved and 11 persons have been awarded the death penalty.

VHP, as right wing as it is, has till date not even been suspected of indulging in any attacks, let alone sending congratulatory mails claiming responsibility in the aftermath of the attacks.

The phrases like "terror has no religion" is due to a sense of diplomatic nicety or to maintain a political correctness by the politicians and the media honchos. But unless we wake up to the reality that terror indeed has strong, if not sole, undertones of religion and stop closing our eyes to reality hoping that when we open it all will be fine, the war on terror in India will not be won.

By saying that Terror has no religion you shut the chance for self-introspection about the way religion is practised among certain members of a particular community and without that self-introspection - the biggest weapon to fight radicalisation and by extension terror - we cannot emerge victorious in the Fight against Terrorism.
