I saw this speech from PM Shebaz on YouTube today. It was clearly meant to challenge and motivate Pakistanis to uplift their country. Those who troll the speech do so for politically partisan reasons

Apart from these crocked two families we must not forget who brings them into the power and keeps them in the power. So they can enjoy their privileges, corrupt lives and then look pretty, innocent and demand respect from us. In this game of corruption there are more players than we acknowledge. Our nation needs to confront all these demons once for all to get out of this mess.

Seems like you don't know the facts:-
In 2013, the then Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Chinese Premier Li Keqiang decided to further enhance mutual connectivity. A memorandum of understanding on cooperation for long-term plan on China–Pakistan Economic Corridor between the two governments was inked by Xu Shao Shi and Shahid Amjad Chaudhry.
