As for Turkey, anyone with any knowledge about the origins of these people knows what modern day Turkey is really about. It doesn't mean that any of the remaining Muslims countries fair any better. Rather it means some countries with a predominantly Muslim population, have governments or elites who masquerade as being Muslim and use Islam as their way of legitimizing themselves in the Islamic World. Pakistan is far from being Islamic, nowhere near it. But at least Zionists don't infest Pakistan overtly as they do in other supposedly Muslim countries.

Being a secular state is NOT badge of honor, rather it is a shameful state of existence. At the core of any secular state is rotten and decadent, oozing of capitalism. And capitalism is a system which is used by Zionists to ensure that wealth only comes to them and their obedient servants. A tool which empowers them and makes them the dominant one to decide the destiny of that state. I don't know whether President of Turkey is aware how strong the Zionist's grip is on Turkey. But if he truly is faithful to Islam, then he would know that winning against Zionists, using their rules (Capitalism) won't ever grant him victory. One only has to look at how Zionists are turning the screws on Pakistan's Prime Minister, Imran Khan. Forcing him to go to IMF for a bailout.

To understand Zionism, and how powerful they really are, one has to go to the Holy Qur'an to find the answers. Oh and the Holy Qur'an isn't some book you can read and you will be able to understand it. The Holy Quran reveals to those who have Imaan (faith). So what counts as a Muslim country is it ruling by the Sharia or by the population.

In Australia we some people calling it a Christian country despite majority of the population being Christian does not really make it a christian country because the government does not rule by the bible or by canon law.

There is also the issue of State religion you have many countries who have a state religion like the UK, Norway, Malta, Greece, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, Bhutan and Finland.

Turkey is secular but the majority is Muslim. By Muslim its not one actually as you have Sunnis, Shias and Alevis who follow their own. Then you have sufis not really clear cut hence why you cant treat Muslims as one monolithic society in Turkey.
