My post no 8 was in response to post 6 which deals with LPG which i assume was a typo for LNG. Keeping everything in mind, LNG terminal made by engro was a fair deal. Anyways i guess both of us are at more or less the same point. So lets carry on.

I have no issue with the deal in question except perhaps the penalty which is for utilization or rather non-utilization is in dollar which I hope is not. Many business news mix up dollar and rupee denomination which is stupid. GoP can print rupee but not dollar. In fact we have no dollars with us currently just borrowed ones.
