First off, congratulations Veer, may you two have a lifetime of happiness.
I know this might seem like a pointless suggestion but if you are anxious about Pakistan i`d suggest two things:
1.Bring the grandparents to another country of your choosing for a mini vacation, just to get them out of Pakistan.
2.And this might sound weird but what about Skype? If they have someone young, maybe you could talk to them online through Skype?

I appreciate the comments man. It seems as if this is the last thing on her mind right now though. Her brother just passed away. She texted me right after I finished typing this.

I hope you are not converting mate. I am getting enagaged to a Muslim girl end of this year. I have told her I am not going to convert(I am a Brahmin my dad would kill me), and neither do I expect her to stop practicing her religion. Surprisingly her parents are ok with it

It's not the nationality thing that is the major issue. Because frankly you will see a lot of South Asians together with out a problem.

the girl is out of her mind, its haram in islam to marry a hindu, one commits a adultery in islam if he/she marries a hindu, conversion to islam is a mst, but i will only say its her life anyway, i have no probs with a pakistani marrying an indian but the girl should think abt her religion also, my cousin is too married to an indian muslim

Dude i speak the truth.... Bangladeshi society is not sooo damn liberal tht they allow their daughters to marry non muslims.........Its not even allowed in Islam.......Doesnt tht clearly indicate what i just said?

Such people are out castes in their own society.
