Kafir means disbeliever. Deno is a disbeliver as she state it herself, that's why it shouldn't be any insult for her, as it wouldn't be an insult to call you "Türk" since you are a Türk.

Kafir, inancsiz demek. Deno inancsiz oldugu icin hakaret olmamasi lazim. Ben sana Türk desem hakaret olurmu? Türk degilmisin?
