Very true, but its very hard to implement due to various reasons, but most important due to the ownership of the land in Egypt. Very hard to use technology in agriculture in Egypt because you need to do it on big lands to be effective. Farmers who own small lands don't have the money to implement such technology, and the government doesn't have such money to help them either. Saying that, it has to be done eventually. Water re usage is big in Egypt though.
