I hoped that Caracal would have set up a factory in Egypt like they did with India during IDEX-2023. I saw few months ago that Caracal wanted to set up/build some SMG and ARs locally then the rumors disappeared

My opinion is that Egypt should replace all american small arms (the primary ones at least) with the Emirati caracal line of small arms to reduce American dependancy

If it was true then we would have not contracted a new batch. We would have contracted the J-10. The main issue will be the numbers of Meteors.
Looks likely we will need to retire soon the trainers as they are aging (+40 years)
