It seems you didn't understand.

Gulf aid is typically deposited in three ways to Egypt. First is money going straight to Egypt's foreign reserve in order to prop up the Egyptian central bank and increase or stabilise Egypt's credit rating in order to maintain or increase foreign direct investment. The second way is in the form of fuel shipments which help manage Egypt's chronic fuel and gas crisis. The third is through direct foreign investment.

None of this aid is solvent money which the Egyptian gov can simply go and spend on whatever it wishes. Whether you want to accept it or not the Egyptian Rafale deal is not financed by the Gulf although gulf aid has helped Egypt in getting the deal (by propping up Egypt's foreign reserves thus stabilising Egypt's credit rating).

There is no, I repeat no other force in Gulf countries which has got professional and well disciplined army as Egypt's

So when both of these catastrophe fell on Gulf countries, Egypt was their only choice.

To prop up the Egyptian army therefore making its army useful and do Arabs work ( no disrespect here)

saudi Arabia was among the list of countries to recognize Generals Sisi Coup, because MB posed a direct threat to gUlfs throne ( i will not comment more on that matter)
So you see Its in interest of Saudis and gulf countries to fulfil whatever Egyptian demands.

because after we refused to take part in bombing, Arabs were only left with egyptian choice.

It all makes perfect sense. Especially how Arabs are looking forward to make unified force with Egyptian and asking for trainer from Egyptian air force

Partially agree with some exceptions...but all of this have nothing to do with Rafale deal....may be the russian deal as some sources say....
But if you say it affects Rafale deal via indirect way....that is right.

Indirect support of Egyptian treasury and economy that let Egypt pay for advanced toys = Yes.

The direct payment for Egyptian treasury did not grow on crops from river nile, but came from Arab support funds

I must agree partially, but as i have mentioned previously. the deal is well-funded by Arab allies, Just 7 years ago there was sharp disagreement with arabs, when Egypt snubbed at arabs in Arab league summit

The sudden love from Arab is nothing more than looking for a well disciplined military to look after their childish needs.

Having top notch equipment, doesn't necessarily make you a good fighter, we have clearly seen this in Arabs with exception of Egyptians.

what changed overnight to force arabs into dealing with Egyptians was the MB, ISIS and Yemen operation
As i have mentioned previously, providing assistance to Egyptians is in best interest of Arabs. Because even having f-15S you can see they have the worst record of maintaining equipment AND EVERYTHING.

Ensuring that Egypt is war-ready is the best insurance Arabs have got at the moment to protect themselves from ISIS on north and from Yemen in south

From your link....that time there was tension between Egypt &KSA in one side and Syria on the other side for the situation in Lebanon.
I got your point...but you have to know that Egypt always has supported arab countries even before they got oil...even the covering of the holly KABAA was made in Egypt then sent to Hijaz for centuries untill Saudi arabia built a factory for that reason just a few decades ago.
