Wow what a misleading headline!! my first reaction after reading the headline was to open a news website to check if Egypt has conducted a nuclear test!!

That's because all the macho camachos on this board are thinking only in terms of nukes and who's outdoing who and who's the only Islamic country to have nukes and who will get nukes, nukes nukes nukes is all you people think about that you completely negate the fact that there is a much larger civilian purpose to nuclear technology and it's not all about mutually assured destruction or deterrents and who's penis is delusionally bigger than the other. Hence your mind instantly directs you to that line of thinking without understanding the possibility of the entire picture. So the title of the thread is actually spot on.
