Eastern Anatolian Conflicts 1800's - 1920 | News & Discussions

The thing is, it is true Armenians died, its not like we deny it but there is also the other side of the coin where Armenian gangs massacred whole communities in eastern cities and took the opportunity to revolt against a state that was in war in multiple fronts from all sides, they are afraid that this fact might change the perpectives about the whole issue.

Its not like we lived with Armenians for almost a millenia more or less peacefully (most of the time) and suddenly decided to exterminate them but thats exactly how Armenian lobby is portraying it.

These people have no hope
They are so washed up in their own lies that they even deny Khojaly Genocide and claim it was us Azeris that killed our own.

Just let them waste their money on their hopeless dreams while their country is an economic disaster.

there is a lot of them living in western countries

so do turks.. take an excample of germany.. there are millions of turks but they wont belive you .. because armenians are christians and their language is from the same family branch so they have many things in common..

so they stay against the christian community the right wing , muslim hater and muslimfearing ppl and conservative ppl who just want to find something against us..

The problem is that no one is interested in knowing how many Turks were killed during WW1. Turkey and its politicians has walked softly after the war of independence because we were a young republic and had to go through a bunch of tough times. We were at the mercy of the allies who could have decided any time to go at war against Turkey again (my point of view).

Later on politics got involved and we still didn't do anything to tell the world how many turks were killed during WW1. And now again, we're not doing anything to tell the world how many turks were killed during WW1, because Turkey says that it is up to historians to sort it out.

However Turkey should spend a billion USD or more to support writers and historians who wishes to publish books about turks who died during WW1. And publish a couple of billion copies and spread the word.

Time is playing against Armenia, either they leave their stubborn attitude, accept the commission, leave Karabakh or stay isolated.
They think they can force Turkey to blindly accept their accusations and hope that we forget Karabakh, its not gonna happen.

There is nothing to discuss about this issue. We invited Armenians, even the World, to discuss these things in more serious and a scientific environment but they persistently ignore our invitations. So this is just waste of time to discuss who did what. This is a political game. Forget it.

The Turkey lost Ottoman empire, death of more than a million Turks and refugees from former Ottoman lands. The Armenians joined invading Russians and attacked Turks. The Ottomans exiled the Armenians to Syria and most Armenians died during the march from Anatolia to Syria passing through desert. Nobody in Western countries counts all the dead but only the Armenians.

Almost a century later why is the Armenian issue still attracting such attention. As a Pakistani I can't understand why .....?
Is it the Armenian community in US behind this?

Politics in International level is the reason for this inconvenience .

end of the ww1 was the end of the kingdom of qajariye when qajars fall iran's populations drop from 12 million to 8 million in that time British and Russian combined their forces and attack qajars and this deaths are excluded the Turkestan's casualty if u really wants to know how many people they have killed u should search beyond ottoman empire

Question is: how long before Armenia collapses under its economic burden?

I will laugh my heart out when we will watch people fighting over food aid packages next door within 10-20 years. Or perhaps Armenias government lobbying for financial help instead of recognition of their stupid lie (while it would be less entertaining than the former option but still pretty funny)
