Yes there is a large portion of Pakistani's who do as there has been much contact between Uighurs and Pakistani's in our history. Just because GoP takes orders from China doesn't apply to the rest of us. I support East Turkestan all the way mates. Can't speak for the larger "ummah" as I am not a mind reader.

China uses Pakistan's 'islamic' influence to keep Uighur Muslims isolated, last time I remember Jamaat-e-Islami delegation went to that region and as far as i remember they were there to represent Chinese Govt stance.

I was disappointed with JI's such move, but overall in Pakistan people have very little awareness about Sinkiang -twice the size of Pakistan- and there is very little coverage -thanks to China/Pak friendship.

This is one of the reason China really needs Pakistan's help to keep Sinkiang isolated and under control.

It is based on what is right. I can speak in the same manner for Tibetans. Where there is injustice being done to a group of people to subjugate them, especially if there has been historical friction it is quite obvious some people need liberating. Even U.S. as well as UN state mechanisms believe in liberating the masses to enjoy personal freedoms. So I'm standing in the mainstream with these beliefs.

What do you say to liberation from Islamic/Muslim oppression then? Billions of people around the world do NOT want to be subjugated to Islamic oppression, do we have a say?

I know of many, MANY people in Muslim nations who are against the injustice done to them, and they RESENT the Islamic Oppressors -- do they deserve "liberation" as well? Not all people 'enjoy' being forced against their will in an Islamic society.

How about Europe who want to be free of Arab and Islamic dominance, do they deserve freedom from being taken over by FOREIGN INVADERS?

Keep in mind historically it is the Arabs who used Islam as an expanionist tool. Look at the map of today's world, North Africa has been taken over by them (displacing the native Africans), they've expanding into the Heart of Europe, West Asia, and even Southeast Asia --- do we 'non-muslims' have rights of freedom to refuse such actions? And keep in mind this was not always done "peacefully", how many of our people have been murdered???

So often we hear cries for "Give Muslims their rights!!!", but how often do Muslims give non-muslims their rights???

Life is a 2-way street. Stop viewing everything as Muslim -vs- Non-Muslim. What would happen when through countless TERRORISM the entire globe has been subjugated to Islam, what happens after the population explodes to 8+ billion? 10+ billion? 15+ billion? 20+ billion?

We can already see what happens in such a scenario. In the Arab World, throughout history they have constantly fought and killed and tortured each other out of trivial and selfish matters. The brief moments of 'relief' only came when their directed their anger and hatred at foreign expansionism. Once another foreign people have been subjugated the in-fighting resumes.

How can continual expansionism solve any problems when they don't have basic solutions to their own woes??? Outside from fighting the Western World, it has been Arabs fighting Arabs, Muslims fighting Muslims.

Now will you be brave enough to 'stand in the mainstream' and provide 'mechanisms to liberate the masses' from this endless orgy of violence and hatred??? If you demand that Muslims have their 'freedom' then it follows that every single one of us also deserve our 'freedom'.

What was Afghanistan before the invention of Islam? Afghanistan was Buddhist. What was Afghanistan before the introduction of Buddhism? Something else, but we don't know for certain. If you don't know that much about Afghanistan (a neighboring 'brother' nation), how much do you understand about Chinese history? Not much. So your arrogant talks of giving the "Tibetans" (who are just as much Chinese as any other ethnic group) 'freedom' rings shallow.

No we still love China
