Land grabbing is not religious persecution. If you posted figure for minorities what’s about majorities? Are Muslim immune from land grab? This is political problem not religious one.

Except Kashmir now just the Kashmir valley is Muslim majority. Assam likely will become Muslim majority in 2-3 decades and West Bengal in 3 decades to 3.5 decades. Beside there are no Muslim majority areas. How autonomy will be possible?
