Indians should stop trumpeting their weaponry a moment and think: China doesn't necessarily need to "win" a conflict militarily to achieve its political ends. The battle itself may be just as important to the leadership if they can portray it the way they want to the Chinese people. And I recall at least one story of a Chinese army that was utterly defeated (by the Koreans?) yet the king who defeated them sent the emperor a generous tribute anyway: he knew he couldn't keep defeating Chinese armies forever.

india doesnt have to win to make a big dent in the progress story of chine,india is not korea which will send money to appease the chinese
