Downsizing Pakistan's Military

Back on the topic!
it would be a fatal mistake by pakistan, if it decide to downsize its numbers of troops!
no other nation , is following this theory in paractical, there are people 's who argue that , why should we increase our number of troops to the crunnt level because we already are a nucklear state, and have the capability to strike , deep in side our enemy's heart.
i think recent , fight against terror showed the importance of having , strong number 's troops level, also if you check around our nieghbours, IRAN , CHINA , INDIA all of them are having huge number of troops why?
it would be realy unlogical for pakistan to reduce it number of troops , i guss its the time to increase the number of troops , with some new battle group commands, which can take out the stress , which our troops are feeling now, in FATA!

There is no opportunistic behavior by India or Russia here. And no, India or Russia did not get fed up with each other.

Its just expanding the options on both our parts once the cold war is over and the earlier sentimental relationship transformed to a more hard nosed one. You know earlier the Soviet Polit Bureau would clear any arms transfer to India on fast track, even before it got to Warsaw pact countries, now there is no Polit bureau. Things have changed for both of us.

In Afghanistan, do enlightem me what you can sell to Russia from a practical standpoint. Frankly I don't see a single damn thing that is of shared interest to both of you for which either of you would take "panga" with the USA.

if we can take "panga" with russia, surly we can take "panga" from any one, plz dont underetimate us, if its so simple , let USA dcecide to dump us , then check out what we can do about it!

India is not facing the violence on a daily basis (which pakistan is) but on a monthly basis. Still, india being such a big country can take all of these injuries in its stride. Can pakistan sustain the same way?.

remember india is faces from 30 years this and pak from 3 or 4 years we can solvew this within weeks but indian isues can't solve years killing in india is 1000 times much then pak
