agh man, time to forget about f-16s. focus on evolving the jf-17; the way i see it - jf-17 is on the verge of tipping point where every improvement will not only get be close to f-16 capabilities if not better; there are some terrific proposals by mating with some of armscor systems or even the turkish systems. until home grown innovation is not allowed to happen this concept of master is right will never finish. Look at us, sanctions did us the whole world of good; it allowed us to leap frog into a very industrial base - petro-chemicals, nuclear, industrial complex, just to name a few - imagine that when US came to us to get help with MARP - yet i had sat in 2005 with GM engineer on a flight and we were discussing the V-design and the fellow just could not understand what i was saying - oh no, humvee is the best - guess what, it and all their IFVs got a boot up their backsides.
