There are some beautiful public toilet structures in foreign countries. Pakistan should import them, or manufacture them locally. Private sector can also come into it. It's really a profitable business. There could also be theme toilets.

German toilet:

I find the American one really disgusting to be honest.

The turds plopping in cause the water to sometimes splash and touch my buttocks or scrotum.

It is an unclean feeling.

Only thing worse is those motion sensor flushes that are set for distance and time and decide to flush the brown stuff just when you decide to lean forward .... but are still sitting.

i. You have used toilet, then you find that there's no water, neither there is tissue paper.

ii. You find that toilet has no door lock.

iii. Number of cockroaches appear from the corner.
