I get surprised to see the people here defending pak army and blaming the america ...Your army rules country in indirect sense and foreign policy and security matters are handled by army.Why they allow drones to kill? Its natural that drones kill innocents with few millitants but again the security is handled by army...

We had a hand in the group that this group broke of and which was disavowed by the group we supported, but Pakistan is nurturing it even now. This may not be true of some of the common people, but the higher ups know of it. (no one believes Pakistan had no knowledge of Osama Bin Laden being in that compound next to a friggin military academy).

As for Africa, we are doing alot of good there, I certainly support the Special Ops deployments that are out there to help kill monsters like Kony.

I agree Pakistan will likely reap the seeds it tended.

But now hawkish commentators in the US are questioning the story, pointing out there have never been any drone strikes in the Swat valley. Instead, the attacks focus on the border areas closest to Afghanistan.

"What is more likely is that Shakira was horrifically disfigured by her own nation's military, and not by US drones," writes Bill Roggio on The Long War Journal blog.

"Beginning in May 2009, the Pakistani Army launched an offensive in Swat to oust Mullah Fazlullah's branch of the Movement of the Taliban in Pakistan, which ruled the Swat Valley for more than two years prior.

"The Pakistani military used brutal tactics, including indiscriminate air and artillery strikes, against the Taliban and civilians alike." The Swat Valley was once described as Pakistan's Switzerland, a favourite destination for walkers in summer and skiers in winter. But in 2009 it was overrun by Taliban militants.

"There is a strain of thought that pins all the blame for Pakistan's ills on the Americans," said a Pakistani journalist who asked to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals. "Again with this baby it seems as if it is easier to assume it was drones than something closer to home."

might be possible that girl suffered injuries in drone attack and her parents moved to IDP where they left her in the bin.As millions left there homes due to the operations in Fata during 2009.None is sure if she suffered injuries in swat or in FATA.
