DERA GHAZI KHAN: An explosive-laden vehicle has been captured in Dera Ghazi Khan (DGK) and four alleged terrorists travelling in the van have been arrested Thursday night.
Commandant Border Military Police (BMP) Tariq Bukhari told Geo News four militants in an explosive-laden vehicle entered DGK from NWFP via Tarman and arrived in Bawata, the tribal area of DGK situated on Punjab-NWFP border.
Foiling the terror bid BMP took the explosive-laden vehicle into custody arresting the four terrorists including Mohammad Aslam, Kamran, Gohar Rehman and Mohammad Tariq.
Mohammad Tariq and Kamran have been reported belonging from Attock, Gohar Rehman from Abbottabad and Mohammad Aslam from Gujrat.
It may be mentioned that the explosive-laden vehicle had crossed over 20 Police check-posts in DGK before being captured in Bawata.
