DG ISPR on ICJ verdict: another 27th February for india...another surprise day!

I agree on the principle what said Roosevelt.

But did USA had corrupts leaders as had/has Pakistan?

Currently we are at cleaning house. When the house will be close to be clean then yes we will remember what Roosevelt said.

About IJC, i just will say (I’m talking on my personal behalf) funck of for the time being.

Well, Pakistan at the moment is behaving like a "struggling dictatorship" as a recent NYT article argues, and it is probably fair to say that given the evidence. A selective cleaning of the house is worse than no cleaning at all, and whether Pakistan has the wherewithal to defy the ICJ remains to be seen.

Indian can never admit bitter reality. It is in their gene. They will keep saying CROW is WHITE.

Tell NYT to let do the selective cleaning first. Then we will ask the answers to the others not yet selected. When you clean your house you start always by selecting where you will start. It’s always step by step. Not as a Big Bang.

Let us see how PMIK proceeds step by step along his chosen path during the rest of his term. I have no problem with accepting his progress and judging it fairly by the results.

This is the wording of the remedies imposed by ICJ:

"Remedies.
Pakistan under obligation to cease internationally wrongful acts of a continuing
character — Mr. Jadhav to be informed without further delay of his rights — Indian consular
officers to be given access to him and be allowed to arrange for his legal representation.
Appropriate remedy is effective review and reconsideration of conviction and sentence of
Mr. Jadhav — Full weight to be given to the effect of violation of rights set forth in Article 36 —
Choice of means left to Pakistan — Pakistan to take all measures to provide for effective review
and reconsideration, including, if necessary, by enacting appropriate legislation
— Continued stay
of execution constitutes condition for effective review and reconsideration of conviction and
sentence of Mr. Jadhav."

I agree with you fully on that because I think the same.
If at the of his term their is no progress then we will still at square one. And Imran Khan not again. Or if we don’t have other choice than Nawaz or bilawal then I would prefer Imran Khan over all those b4st4rds.

There is plenty of time left in PMIK's present term, and I am sure much will happen during that time to enable us all to judge the results.

It’s obvious. But again the first step is to remove maximum of the cancerous cells.

I don't think that Pakistan is in a position to f**k off completely the decision of the International Court of Jokers. What, I believe, Pakistan would do is a subtle partial defiance, based on technicalities and interpretations.

There is a genuine problem, as well, regarding review. KJ has been tried under Pakistan Army Act. Now, his appeal is lying with COAS. Under this act, there is no provision of intervention by any high court or SCOP. There is only final mercy petition with the President. So, Pakistan will have to modify the existing law, to provide for any review. Or may be, SCOP take this case under its so called suo moto jurisdiction, under Article 184(3) of Constitution.

The key will always be the economy, and not political retribution.

Again eradicate the cancer who destroyed your economy first. Economy can’t go without taxe collection, taxe collection allow you the ability to invest in your development, education, research and development, industries, creation of industries/business friendly environment etc.

Now you seem wanting to have the last word
I met several guys since the 90’s like you who wanted to have the last word. In frenchs forums they invented a topic for people like you : topic of the Friday — the last word of story (Friday being the last day of working day usually for offices in European countries). :D
