Destitute Afghan mother abandons ailing child at Torkham border

This thread is saddening. Not just because the mother had to part with her sick child in hopes that some random person would save her child. I cannot imagine the grief she must've gone through leading upto that decision. I hope she is able to unit with her child soon in a manner that makes the lives of both change for the better.

It is also sad because of the responses of some people here.

May Allah save us from ever experiencing such desperation. May Allah have mercy on the Afghans and other people living in warzones. May Allah bless Pakistan and others as well and make us more appreciative of the blessings we have.

That maybe true, but that is a discussion for a different thread, here we are talking about a sick 4yr old little girl. and these people with little brain and no hearts are advocating for throwing her out and anyone else who stands up for them.

And these 99% of my country men have never interacted with an Afghan,their perception about Afghanistan comes from media,internet and western puppets sitting in Kabul.

I am one out of those rare 1% who have interacted with Afghans extensively and I can tell you with confidence that if you have to kill a snake and an afghan, then kill the Afghan first because he is more dangerous than a snake. This is the only country which opposed creation of Pakistan in UNO in 1947.
And one more thing i want to tell you perception about Afghanistan does not come from media,internet and western puppets sitting in Kabul. I have interacted with these batsards for 40 years. Every word you have heard about Afghans is true.
And dont worry about the poor girl or her mother. These afghans sell their girls for hard cash. They have no emotion or humanity. I have buried by two kids with my own hands. I know a normal mother would have never abandoned her child. There is something more to the story than meets the eye.

We should not care about human thank you. Allah will reward us for this inshallah.

Very sad incident where a poor mother has to leave its child. I'm sure the mother must be having a heavy heart. The child must be reunited with her mother.

Pakistan has done so much for Afghans, finally enemy propaganda is clearing away and Afghans are seeing Pakistan in a positive light.

We don't need to needlessly promote racism or hate against them. Not all Afghans are criminals.

I never said turn away the girl or needy mother, I would not do it either not because I have some love lost for Afghans but because its against human dignity to do so. By the way why dont you do some humanitarian work to stop the selling of Afghan girls in brothels all over Pakistan, afterall it is being done with the connivance of their mothers and fathers, isnt it ?

Please send her to Kabul when she is well enough to travel. Then send the other 2 million Afghans too.
