india is the only country other than russa receiving
high precision signals(military grade) from the Global Navigation Satellite System.

We shall soon have INRSS. We will not dependent on anybody. Saraswat had recently commented on Nirbhay. He said that its navigation system will be so strong that it will reach target even though seeker fails. We witness the same in Brahms test. This is truely a remrkable achievement. This will go in K series, Prithvi series, And Agni series.

India has exclusive military level access to GLONASS signals , Chinese have only civilian level access to both GPS and Glonass.....

A conclusion could also mean an end of the program after years of not being able to meet requirements. A.k.A failure.
A better hope would be success.

well if you have information , it able to meet requirement of May/june/july heat condition unto 2/3 Kms instead of 4. Improvement is underway to meet 4 km .

You can't rely solely on G3OM. A Satellite signal jammer can easily render G3OM ineffective. It is unwise to put missile solely on GPS. That's why Americans still use INS,TERCOM/DSMAC along with GPS, not rely solely on GPS

Next step would be to make G3OM Jam resistance.

What a retarded article.Why would Americans use GLONASS and GAGAN on their military equipment when they have access to M code signals .
AFAIK even after interpolating data from different positioning systems (from civilian bands) it is nowhere closer to the M code signal used by Murican forces.Other than the GLONASS military code this chip relies on civilian signals which are less accurate and can be jammed easily.

Has India developed Anti GPS jammers? If so that makes sense what he is saying, if not than he is not making any sense

I'm saying, the supposition that a missile can be solely relied upon sat navigation is misleading.
