Isme sharam ki kya baat hai, khate peete ghar se hu. Waise my weight is ok for my height, I have pretty heavy bones I like to think .
You should be around 75kgs.And you 're 10kgs overweight. :P

Lifting is more effective IMO

It is of course, if you want to put mass. But to start of its body weight exercise is the way to go, strengthens your core, and stabilizing muscles, that way you can lift more and in proper form.
