US provide H1B visa so the poor Indian allow to have jobs in the US, this is a form of financial help that not even count humanitarian aid provided to India, India seek out US military equipment to purchase after US lift the arm embargo on India. US sells their weapons to India and not give them as Aid like US gives to Pakistan. In fact US lobies to sell their weapon. When it comes to transfer of technology, they deny even technology transfer of a shoulder fire Javelin missile. US provides H1B Visa to highly skilled Indians only since they do not have required talent to do the Job in US. What ever US does, It does for itself and not for India.
