3 years ago when i was working in shanghai ,i met an old couple who ran a small grocery store in there village-in-city.They have a house of 60-70 m2,almost collapsed.Every time I visited their store,they asked me how much money they can get if their house was expropriated. although i cann't give them an accurate price,i'm sure they would get ￥2-4 million.they were looking forward to the arrival of this day.
