Defence’s Ministry’s UAV procurement to take off after IAI deal

not rich ineagh only 2 trilion economy
u r also not offering martian tech tbh its a business deal both leaders are more capable than u and me to decide whats better

Nuke sub is prohibited technology but you can't compare drones to nuke subs. Chinese armed drones are sold for few million dollars apiece and then again as I said we probably don't require armed drones.

Can you plz quote any official source that says we are acquiring any armed drones?

Making something yourself is not reinventing. If one go by your analogy then everything available for sale not just drones.

India do have armed drone aspirations, but can't make it via American, only leftout option is Israel

They are quoting economic times of India not any official source. You know Indian press has a tendency of making stories of this kind and that's why I asked for any official (government of India) source that can confirm that we are really buying these.

Couldn't find any Government Website buddy...

That's what I am saying, there is no confirmation from any official source. If India buys these drones then they have to go through a process and only then they can be procured.

I won't believe unless I find some official confirmation as this news can only be a media's creation otherwise they would have posted their source of news.

Actually, acquiring UCAVs would be good for India as they are battling many terrorist organizations...

@dani191 israel seems to think they got a good deal. I mean - they need not sign the deal if they dont like it? thing is - Israel gets $ to research more advanced versions - and also cheaper manufacturing from India (for future production in big numbers). Israel is also setting up a sort of "strategic depth" by investing in defense manufacturing in India - a reliable back up in case its own centers get compromised.

what terrorist organizations? The only terrorist organizations I can think of originates from pakistan.
and I am pretty sure we won't be using any armed drone on our own soil.
