We do have a microprocessor called Shakti.
Shakti is the name that IIT-Madras has given to the RISC-V processor architecture. IIT-Madras is implementing the RISC-V international and open source project that was initially designed in the University of Berkeley in USA. So nothing really Indian about this.
There is another project called Ajit, from IIT-Bombay, which is their implementation of the SPARC architecture which is American.
