Well its one thing when we negotiate with the US Chamber of Commerce for expanded exports to the US. It is quite another when we they present us with an official of Indian origin (Nisha Biswal) who in the past explicitly lobbied (in her official capacity as a paid official for the US govt.) for her country of origin which is India. Not only is this counter to her neutrality as a US official (illegal), it is harmful for our interests when we are a competitor with India for exports to the US. This is borderline ridiculous!

Who authorized this woman (who is also president of US-India Business Council) to negotiate with our govt. - who undoubtedly will always look after and be beholden to Indian interests? Look at the two following links and things will become crystal clear. She was explicitly lobbying for Indian govt. when they were under sanction by the US Govt. for CAATSA.

Nothing against Indians personally, but trade is trade and we can't have a clandestine agent of a third-party foreign govt. influence our dealings with the US Govt.

I suggest the Bangladesh Govt, put forward a request to have someone else negotiate with us on behalf of the US Govt. and not a paid/unpaid agent of a Sanghi Indian govt.

US can choose whoever....it should not be our concern.

We need to play our hands correctly and achieve a win win situation.

Trade deals can not be forced ever as on the ground an unfair trade deal unravels. Dont worry about personalities.

what makes you think they want to repay it ? loans are a problem only if you repay them
I was wondering why after so many decades of getting US help, Pakistanis are talking against that country as if the USA has taken away its wealth. Now, for them China is their big brother. I just want them not to fall to the status of Uighur.

A people should work hard to build their country without waiting for other countries' help, but some Pakistanis want a free lunch all through the future, as well. It is also true for all the SAARC countries.

No, America helped stabilize the world politics since before WWll. China is just a regional power that wants to control the politics of individual countries by keeping them in debt trap. BD and Pakistan should be wary of its bad intention.
