I think you veered off the topic of LCA and IN.

I am not discussing about what IN needs or how projects are done in MoD.

Defence personnel in PSUs are almost done randomly to an outsider. Well that's a lie. There is an internal cadre in indian armed forces to do this. But, if Indian armed forces is your vendor, they have an office.

Here I thought single engine meant power to weight and survivability is implied in a defence forum. I am wrong, will call it out next time.

Defence personnel are chosen from the ranks to work in PSU's and R&D labs. Most of them are those who do not make the cut it to a higher promotion. There is nothing to discuss except to dismiss your rubbish claim that IN rejected the LCA due to its single engine.
