Italian government humiliated in the front of their citizens when we take back their marines from Italy.They know we will keep our words.Not gonna apply death penalty against marines.So they make all this noise for domestic consumption.Italy cant do anything against India.But EU can do .am I right friends?

Death penalty would obviously be not given,For it to be given the prosecutor has to prove that there was no doubt in the marines mind that they were fisherman and knowing fully well that they are fisherman , they killed him.Obviously thats not the case as although careless but at the time of killing the marines were not under the impression that they were fisherman.Actually i am pretty sure that they will not be charged with a first degree murder.A manslaughter will that for which they will be charged with, so all this b.s about war,bombing is just plain ridiculous.

Of course India does. If India gives them a slap on the wrist, then it's basically saying that Indian lives are worthless. You cannot compare afghanistan with india, they have a very different psychic, one and only piece on earth. Almost every afghan is brave enough to fight for a long time, they don't fight for kabul or some province , they fight for afhanistan. On the other hand, Indians are divided into 100s and 1000s of ethneic groups, If NATO suceed in caputing India they will just divide you further, making more pakistan and khalistan and other states....... Don't compare yourself with afghans they don't even uses mobile phones, and compartively half of the population of india will die if they cannot watch SAAS BAHU drama or bollywood fils
