Deal signed to launch Bangladesh’s first satellite

Brutal

You boys should learn to develop a thicker skin instead of crying to the mods at the slightest provocation.

I got no issue with regular BD folk trying to make a living and getting on the best they can with what they have....and make things better for their next generation etc.

I relied on one BD curry takeaway place when I first came to Canada. The owner has now put his kids through college...and they got decent jobs and will provide for their kids even better (hopefully).

My issue is with the BD trolls here looking down on or trying to degrade Indians given the state of their own community all across the world. Then they bring up "oh we only got independence in 1971" like that means a whole lot. Heck many Pakistanis have posted that its actually BD that owes them money overall from the split.

@LA se Karachi @django

.
There you go, its a phenomenon so its been put up on Quora. Plenty of other BD people may "hate it" but they "do it" out of need rather than desire. Thats the basic truth of life for a 70% poverty community.....you can choose your identity display better once you make something of yourselves.

See, sometimes you have to comprehend the post rather than random copy pasting data from google. No problem, you'll slowly learn these things.

The quora post says Bangladeshis are sometimes mistaken for an Indian by the foreigners which they hate, they never identify themselves as Bangladeshis, that would be disgusting, you should actually read out the comments there!

And since we are quoting from quora of all places, lets not forget:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2016/04/22/the-great-ethnic-food-lie/

Look, the good news is that these things change. There has actually been a growing appetite for mid-level Indian restaurants, especially in New York. Some of them are even bordering on upper market. But again, many of these are ex-pat twists on local cuisine, and as such are distinguishing themselves from the bottom end of the market here, which is run by Bangladeshis.

http://www.economist.com/news/britain/21588077-future-curry-houses-looks-grim-giving-up-gosht

Bangladeshis run most of the country’s Indian restaurants, and they depend heavily on the trade. Fully 42% of working-age Bangladeshi men toil in restaurants. :o:

But at least its changing now slowly:

Bangladeshi men who work in restaurants is falling: in 2004 it was 55%.

You are going through the same transition that Indians were in the 70s and 80s in UK. Its reflected in your average wages. But don't doubt who is behind the curve currently here...given the poverty and income rates (posted many times already).

So yeah you get treated a lot worse overall than Indians anywhere, anytime....just by the fact you got less moolah in your wallet.

Now get back to discussing your imported satellite.

See, despite all these things, Bangladeshis are never expelled from foreign countries for being racially inferior, 'Bangladeshi' is never used as a term for racial slur, 'Bangladeshis' are never get beaten for being 'ugly'. These things only happen to Indians. Now anybody could guess who's in a poorer condition!

You have made an all out effort to derail the thread, now come back to topic.

You don't have any,Because you don't know a shit.

Army communicate without encryption. Son, you already compromised, if your military going to use this sat.

Let me tell you how military communication SATs are constructed.

Firstly,
The most important part is encryption hardware, that must be developed in-house. Otherwise anyone hack the SATs . Which right now BD incapable of.

Secondly, the hardware must be installed in sat in-house. Which is right now BD incapable of.

Thirdly, by saying this we choose a $70 mn launcher but refuse Indian $36 mn launcher because that sat is military without encryption code, you are that moron that don't know a shit about economics and military SATs.

Or you taken bribes to promote this shit propaganda.

Are you an idiot? When did I say it's a military satellite? It's a communication satellite and will be under the control of the Army! Is that really hard to understand?

.
Bangladeshi military usually keep a distance from India for some obvious reasons. It's not a completely military satellite rather a communication satellite. But Army will have a control.

About the technical details, I don't have any information.
An Army control over the satellite makes India unhappy, and this is why Indians are so allergic to this news.

. .
that would be disgusting, you should actually read out the comments there!

I actually have British friends (not stuck in a swamp like you). Trust me, they know the difference between Indians and Bangladeshis....the 70% poverty rate and general poor education and upbringing shows very clearly.

Same thing in Canada. Bangladeshis are bottom of the pile and a laughing stock for everyone else.

Yes that's what I'm sensing as well.

It is good to see our army satellite will be observing Indian military movements from the sky, what a thing to happen? We will see all those Indian cantonments and the 300,000 IA troops surrounding BD all round the year after that encounter with BDR in 2001 that caused a total of 97 IA troop deaths.

@Nilgiri here comes another gem. This guy wants to do high resolution photography of Indian troops from GEO.

Jeez, do those folks at Thales know anything about these requirements ?

I heard it will be under control of BTRC.

He's still butthurt over this post that showed how LDC his swamp is:

https://defence.pk/threads/indias-n...-other-south-asian.448209/page-2#post-8668432

Still hasn't found a thriller RMG review video so he needs to dream about eye in the sky for a standard comms bird.

Then the other twits think it will have "GPS guidance" (whatever that means)....all from a standard Thales comms bus that they have to import lol. They can't even even assemble and customise themselves....since they dont have a clean room anywhere in BD.

Indians are distinguishable from any nationality because of their legendary smell! But humans are prone to mistakes.

I heard it will be under control of BTRC.

It will be owned by BTRC but they don't have necessary expertise to maintain it, it's just a telecommunication regulatory body. However, SPARRSO has the technical know how on satellites so they will manage it. And SPARRSO is under the ministry of defence and direct control of the military.

What exactly do you mean by maintenance ?

We can have a close eye on Indian military installations and troop deployments.

So military control the sat, but don't use it?

Your Army is a private company which lease out the transponders and make money from it?

Wow.
