We cant launch now GSLV Mk3 is still in Development flights, and remain so till 2018,,,

and still after that SCE 200 replace L110, so after that 3 more development flight. Only after that GSLV MK3 will be open for commercial market.

Wait.... ain't he talking about PSLV? How come Gslv mk3 comes into the topic? BTW first commercial launch of gslv mk3 is planned in dec 2016 which will carry 3200 kg GSAT-19E.

Further, that is not commercial launch.

Commercial launches are those which ISRO get from Antrix. Also GSAT-19 E is Experiment Sat.

I was talking about future satellites by BD, if any, this one is a done deal.

Good to see you being sane. ISRO's prices are very competitive, and PSLV vehicle is mature, but Bangladeshi politics might become an issue for partnering Indian space agency.

Will not happen. As you said, politics plus the defence establishment will veto any other dept. Oh and its the GSLV that would be needed to place a 3500+ kg sat in to Geo orbit not the PSLV.

All the satellites BD might going to own in future need not be 3500+ kg. Besides, GSLV will become quite an old and mature vehicle by the time BD might decide to own a second satellite.
