and still after that SCE 200 replace L110, so after that 3 more development flight. Only after that GSLV MK3 will be open for commercial market.

SC200 buddy, it is the semi-cryogenic stage with 200 tonne propellant loading powered by a single SCE 200 engine. We would have capability to put 6-7 tonnne sats into GTO with that.

That's a different project. The LVM3 in its present configuration will remain in service as there will be a lot of 4 tonne communication satellites coming up.

Our universities are already designing and developing nanosats.

Another thought,Do Bharati in this forum do ponder about,why their so called loyal servant Sheikh Hasina is not giving this project to them when they are claiming to be chipest but quality satellite launcer even european,American are rushing to bharat to get this amezing benefit? Not necessarily it depends on bandwidth. For example GSAT-11 will have 10 gbps capacity. New HTS-1 and HTS-2 will have 100+ gbps!
