Our establishment knows the best and I have no objection. But in the aftermath of De-Islamization drive in India, some things, some legacies will be missed by people who live long enough. That legacy will be looked back at with nostalgia by people whose life will span the periods before and after the De-Islamization drive.

Examples:

* Quality Urdu poetry - Now I know why former PM Dr Manmohan Singh was a famous fan of Urdu poetry

* Urdu type Hindi learnt at school and through Bollywood movies and television shows. My generation uses the word 'jaldi'. The Sanskrit type Hindi word for it is 'shighra'.

* The Red Fort type monuments

I will point out some more:
1) 7 Agni phyras for wedding(borrowed from hajj)
2) Shirts for women(Indian women never wore a shirt)
3) Shiv linga ( borrowed from Kaaba and hajar e aswad)
4) Concept of three gods( borrowed from Christianity)
5) Holy cow(borrowed from Egyptians and Jews)
6) Arya Samjh (imported from central Asia)
7) Hindi( another Sanskirat mixed Urdu)
8) whiter skin (original people of India were dark skinned)

Anyways, on topic, to de-Islamize fully you will need to return to a culture with 0 Islamic influence, and dress like the Hindus of Bali..

Delhi the capital is legacy of Indo-Islamic history. Indian [Hindustani] establishment history is tied to Islam since medieval and ancient times. Bharati is different.

What the duck are you on about
Nastiness doesn’t mix with cleanliness

Paganism has nothing to do with Godliness

Another example of that period's legacy:

Wonderful poem such as below. It is not pure Hindi but Urdu type Hindi:

Woh bhi kya din the..

Mummy Ki goad, Pappa k kandhe,

na padai ki soch, na life k funde,

na kal ki chinta, na future k sapne,

Ab kal ki hai fikar aur adhure hain sapne,

... Mud kar dekha to, Bahut door hai apne,

Manzilo ko dhundte hum kahan kho gaye?

kyun hum itne jaldi BADE ho gaye?

I don’t know if your history/religious knowledge is so poor or you are deliberately fabricating it.

I have read Hinduism and Abrahamic religions as much as possible and can say while there are many similarities, you are making incorrect claim of Hinduism borrowing these practices from other religions.

To begin with Jews believe in 1 God and not trinity. Christianity on the other hand believe in 1 God but then add their input of Son and Holy Ghost making it a trinity… yet they claim to be follower of 1 God.

hinduism in short believes in hierarchy of Gods. Some Hindus believe in millions of Demi gods, thousand bigger deities, 3 supreme gods and 1 Eeshwar.. a lot depends which Hindu we are talking about… and which god we are referring to.

Shiva-ling is the representation of infinite fire that Shiva asked Brahma and Vishnu to follow in order to find its end prior to formation of this earth. It’s a long story obviously and not our subject

Hijr-e-Aswad is a piece of stone that came from the paradise and is not representing God in that sense of Shivalinga.

The practice of 7 circles (7 phairay) is prior to Islam so it cannot have been borrowed from Islam.

Can you export Taj Mahaj to Pakistan....

Every culture in this world used to follow paganism at some point in time but eventually went beyond those beliefs and modernized themselves, be that Europeans, East Asians, or Muslims. The only exceptions are Indians and certain tribes in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.

Indians though were partly able to modernize under the influence of Muslims and Europeans but now de-Islamization would only mean rollbacking to the pre-Muslim era of primitive culture and traditions.
