Did you read what this is ? Does it seem like some F 16 parts or technology is being sold to the PAF ?
These are guards / watchmen who are monitoring the PAF's use of the Vipers !! Where is the independance of the PAF?

Did you see the resume above? " accountable for up-channeling security violations against the PAF directly to USAF higher authority and/or the TST Chief."

I really cannot believe that any independent country's air force could accept such conditions. This also speaks volumes about the rest of the PAF's jets.

End user monitoring is not new but I am really surprised about the statement that speaks volumes about the rest of the PAF's jets. PAF wasn't exception of TST just because of having close relations with China and that was nothing wrong to be done by US being rival to our friend. We did agree having no thought of selling any secrete or being dishonest hence, materialized the deal back then and still, cooperating. LM & US, till date are satisfied as Pakistan been fulfilling our commitment in this regard.

Not to remind that this (Pakistan) same independent country's Air Force shot down Indian ego on 27th Feb and on other hand the very Independent & Super Power India is till looking for excuses to avoid further humiliation. The same India tried to complain to US about use of F-16 on the basis of this very TST Agreement and then again got humiliated as India failed to prove anything as usual.

If you are surprised by my post or wording at all; time to retrospection at your end with immediate effect. So instead of taking jibes, get on the facts & try to add something to the topic. Only thing for the likes of you is to talk big, taunt & provoke others and nothing else.

The US has approved $125 million worth of support for Pakistan’s F-16 warplanes as well as $670 million of support for India’s C-17 transport planes. The two regional rivals had their first direct air combat in decades this year.
The sale to Pakistan will require the deployment of some 60 contractor representatives, who will “provide 24/7 end-use monitoring” for the country’s US-made fleet of fighter jets, the Pentagon’s Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said in a statement on Friday. The package will service the Lockheed Martin F-16s delivered to Pakistan as part of the “Peace Drive” program, which includes 12 F-16C jets and 6 F-16D jets.

Pakistan’s fleet of F-16s came into the spotlight in February during a security crisis, in which Indian and Pakistani warplanes engaged in direct combat for the first time in decades. New Delhi alleged that Pakistan had used the US-made jets during its retaliatory attack inside an Indian-controlled part of the disputed Kashmir region, losing one of them in an interception by the Indian Air Force. If true, it may have violated US arms export terms. Pakistan denied deploying F-16s for the mission and said it didn’t lose any aircraft.

$125 MM is nothing but token money. Weighed in with alternatives we have and are already developing, this is not a game changer. Enough said, long story short, if you're the PAF than this is welcome but does not change plans. Very predictable and manageable, trust me .
