This is quite wrong ... in terms of useful land, the US definitely has considerably more than China. Around 40% of China's land is barren/relatively unsuitable for civilization (i.e. Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai). For the US, it is only Alaska ... all of continental US for the most part is "useful" land.

Weapons bays mostly reduce drag to increase aerodynamics and range. It also reduces RCS by hiding weapons in bays. The nose and V tails do not reduce RCS. Su-57 smaller tails have less surface area than Su-27 tails so smaller RCS.
