No idea about any specialized branch in Army and Navy
A successful cyber attack in theory can completely destroy electrical, nuclear and industrial plants,Disables missile defense systems ,aircraft, tanks, submarines ,communication lines you name it. But it all depends upon the fact that how much the country is digitized ? Americans know that the are most vulnerable to cyber attacks therefore the are using 70's era command and control centers and flopy disks to reduce the threat of cyber attack. Similarly Pakistan is using 50-60's era punch tapes to secure top secret information and for paper disposal the use a special chemical to dissolve paper instead of shreder
i found a link which might be useful in it.

Army has its own Division & no its not the IT Branch or ICTOs who deal with this stuff-----
@GiG situation in Army is similar to what you have described above I would advice you guys to keep in your head that PDF or any such forum is a good source of OSINT, so beware of what you write here and share ----- so far it all looks cool but just be cautious
Yeah! you got a point
