IAF cheif and Bipin Rawat clearly at odds. Bipin was persisting his statements that IAF is just a supporting arm for Indian army and it should be where as IAF cheif was insisting that they are more than the supporting arm / independant institution. Bipin wants to control IAF as well. Overall, embarrassing exchange of dialogue inbetween top Indian commanders.
