perhaps you should update your knowledge on this subject. India has already accepted the decision and abandoned the plan to develop the nearby oilfields. as it rightfully belongs to Bangladesh. India will not initiate any action against this fact. Regarding the fisheries rights in same way Bangladesh has accepted the decision in same way. What you are suggesting is that Bangladesh will initiate lethal action against Indian fishermen. I don't see any possibility that Bangladesh will act in opposite and break its own promise\agreement. And regarding halting the transit for Indian goods, I just find it laughable. You are not enforcing any blockade there so why will we put naval blockade. Your country, your rules. You provide transit facilities, you get direct and indirect money. you don't provide transit, we look for more alternatives. Regarding transnational rivers, we don't have intention of diverting waters at all. River water is not owned by us nor you. Our people need water as your people need it. we implement canals for agriculture only. and what you hear about diverting water is not actually as you think. Its based on scientific data, where we propose transfer excess water in rainy season to areas where water is not at high level. Basically its about controlling flood and providing water to all in rainy season while maintaining the optimum level of water discharge in the river itself. And its a very long time spanned project. Even Bangladesh can also implement the same program. As bangladesh has plain land in majority, cost will be pretty less in your country and your country can also regulate flood and cyclone waters in more effective way. Thank you.
