And for the dictator apologists here, PA can't be allowed to remain in driving seat on the issues of national policy. They have proven to be a failure with strategic depth doctrines nearly shredding the social fabric of Pakistan. PA would do well to limit its activities to barracks and leave the 'driving' to more capable hands on their own, its going to happen anyway. Whats happening to Musharraf is a reflection of the same.

Hudaibaya case was totally made up lies by REHMAN MALIK's department NAB. Asghar khan case was the most just case hence the names of NAwaz sharif and his brother was exposed! while ALL PPP & MQM men walked free. because there was no case against them! if CJ was a puppet he would have protected Nawaz not exposed him.

and finally karachi badamni was a total mukk mukka of PPP,ANP & MQM and hence no evidence brought forward!


in all 3 cases not enough evidence was brought forward. for example terrorists like shaurukh of MQM was set free due to lack of "proof". karachi badamani case again same thing lack of evidence brought forward all parties did mukk mukka!

but wait for government of the corrupt to end and see facts will be brought forward and people caught.

Its more then enough to see the CJ biased attitude. No case against PMLn in Supreme Court. They have NIL corruption cases. Rest of the nation is so damnn corrupt .

As a Pakistani I am very pleased with the role of CJ and higher judiciary in general. Compared to what PA has been doing CJ is a saint. During every dictator's era PA filled the most lucrative highest posts in civil bureaucracy - compare it to one person who is 'alleged to have used his father for a single posting.

Yep the saint took outh under PCO once he was expecting to become CJP. He was one of the bench members who gave Musharraf three years and permission to amend constitution. He also took outh under PCO as CJ Balochistan. To remain on higher moral ground he should have investigated evidence produced against him once his case was referred to Supreme Judicial Council. Someone has already discussed his love affair with Malik Riaz. I don't know why he warped up the case once MR said that once he will produce evidence , there will be an earthquake of 9 magnitude and Mr Justice went quiet. I don't know why he doesn't call Faisal Raza Abdi for being repeatedly committing contempt of court and Mr CJP. Why did he fail to take notice of behavior of bar and bench of Islamabad high court in Musharraf's case. Finally under no circumstances CJP should have more than five years tenure as in case of other constitutional appointments after this tenure either CJ should to retire or continue as honour able judge.
