What an idiot. Does he not know that the Kabul river is essentially a dry river for most of the year outside of snowfall melt. Its major tributary responsible for most of its volume is Mastuj which comes from Chitral.

Give him some lessons on geography. Pakistan should dam the Mastuj river. Afghanistan would have virtually no water.
