Colt M4 given to Punjab University Guards

Today when I was entering Punjab University I saw one Guard with Colt M4. I think some Guards are given Colt M4 by either Armed Forces or Punjab University bought themselves no idea but one Guard was carrying one.

American Colt M4 is operated by SSGs and other commando units...... SSGN,AlZarrars,SSW.

Any where else if you see "M4 type" gun then it is Nornico variant which is although not as good as American one, but still very good gun.......

well we get extra armed guards at my office from a security coy. every time we have an event the come up with rare/banned guns, and even with G-3's but when you look at them closely,

they are just 7mm's look alike ?

if u look at the trigger, safety, magazine, rear site etc. you will realize as to what the truth is?
