We have witnessed army's 'respect' for judiciary yesterday. Our position is very clear and no one should have any kind of doubts: CJ

Army Chief has no right to give political statements. Aitzaz Ahsan.

In Pakistan , Army has all right...

No one knows when new Martial rule will imposed in public..

Questioning credibility of the people who risks their lives for the country. Its fun when you are not in their place.
I agree, if some one breaking the law shouldn't go unnoticed. But why only one institution. Many people are appreciating Sc decision to reduce CNG 30/kg, but only one achievement in the last five years of this government. But where are the results of tons of cases against current government that has been running for past 3-4 years..actually SC supported the current government in completing their tenure which has turned lives of people miserable. Nobody cares of thousand soldiers lying on borders for years. What ever Pak Army does is in the national interest than why bash them, why cases like missing people against them. Are they doing it for fun like the PPP and allies government are doing.
Or how about the CJ orders the Army to shoot down drones that are killing own people???No.

Yeah like in India the deadly conditions of Human Rights all in the name of National Interests and most the India-centric population criminally justifying it as it's all too normal.

Here's the excerpt from the news piece, hardly does justice to the confrontational tone that you brought into the discussion.

During the hearing, Sardar Ghazi’s lawyer Raja Irshad told the court that Army respects the court and has implemented all its orders. Replying to this, the chief justice remarked, ‘yes, we have witnessed it yesterday. Our position is very clear and no one should have any kind of doubts.’

Okay, let's be honest here for a minute, shall we?
Who ''respects'' Judiciary?
have you had a chance to wander the streets lately? Even People of Punjab have admitted higher judiciary's interest in political cases, against PPP to be precise. Sindh's all against Judiciary. Strike against Gilani's 30 second conviction was witnessed throughout Sindh and Southern Punjab.

PPP doesn't respect Judiciary, Altaf Hussain has time and again criticized judiciary, Chaudhary Nisar and Shahbaz Sharif of PML_N openly refused to accept a part of judiciary's verdict concerning PML-N, and lastly Media wasn't very polite to judiciary either following Arsalan Iftikhar case.

So let's not talk about ''respect'' here. As for Aitzaz Ahsan's statement, sure Army Chief shouldn't deliver political statements, but given the current scenario, can ya blame him? He's known to be a soldier's soldier. Kiyani Sahab has on every step sided with democracy. What more could ya ask for from a Army Chief?

This thug of a judiciary needs to know it's constitutional domain.
