Maybe CJ should grow a pair and actually start prosecuting terrorists to try and bring them to justice for their crimes. The RA Bazar bombing mastermind was arrested by the agencies and was produced in court, he was found innocent and released, the same guy later co-ordinated the assassination of Lt Gen Mushtaq Ahmed Beig, the Surgeon General of the AMC. In over a decade NOT A SINGLE TERRORIST HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO DEATH! That includes the would-be Pervez Musharraf assassination mastermind and this is the president we are talking about, thanks to the court that swine is now a hero in North Waziristan! Then of course there is the issue of vendetta, local sources and agency men involved in these arrests are later targeted by the terrorists that they brought in. In such a situation, what do you expect the agencies to do?

CJ is bound to act according to law... Whose fault is this that proof presented by agencies in court is not given a legal status in constitution since the WOT started until last month they changed the prosecution law to make technical proof part of trial. An interesting face for you, 3-4 decades ago, finger prints were not considered as proof in Pakistani courts.

I don't why, but in Hafiz Saeed case, you guys always scream at the top of your lungs where is the proof? The kind of proof India provided is exactly what our agencies provides it in court i.e Phone interception data , call records etc etc. But when it comes to extra judicial killings you start accusing the judiciary... Double standards?

1) It's a vicious cycle in Pakistan: The forensic analyses and criminal investigations are weak so the judiciary lets go off too many terrorists who, in turn, target security agencies who, in turn, go for the 'death squads'...
2) I have been very critical of the higher judiciary because of their neurotic obsession with Zardari's Swiss Case (which would net about $60 million only). I really think there are too many issues to deal with and Zardari is probably not the biggest thief--although he is the easiest target.
3) For Baluchistan, let there be some genuine 'reset'. I know, I know, atrocities are committed by all sides. My hunch is that Baluchs were/are not ready to take control of their resources due to historic reasons (yeah, the 'tribal' culture) and that led to other ethnic groups using 'Baluchistan's resources' but that happens in all new fledgling countries. It was not like some Punjabis all of a sudden decided to steal Baluchistan resources. Money and skills have their own paths of flow.
4) The 'reset' should allow Baluchs to take full advantage of a fresh start with a stipulation that either 'perform or perish'. You are part of Pakistan. Train yourself well for the future with the opportunities provided. If you continue to live in some 'tribal' gun-toting, FATA-like mentality then beware that Pakistan has plenty of people who could be settled in parts of Baluchistan as 'settlers' in such a way that Baluchis are no more than 5% of the population. THE SAME GOES FOR FATA! Enough of this tribal, gun-toting, always-whining crap. Work hard, cheat less in schooling exams, don't take pride in carrying guns... Live like most of the Karachiites, for example, live!
