It would be great if KRL has done a JV with Turkish over the development of CIRTI &Anti Tank weapon along with IR tech. This will help them to develop better ANZA MK-IIIs for Military.

Dont think it would do any good by joining a project which purpose to built Anti-Tank/Anti-personal Missiles, So you could built domestic MANPADs.

I am not here to discuss whether how strategical Intercontinental ballistic missles is. I was asking what is the best long ranged missle Turkey has (right now)?.

I think Turkey both needs missle defence and offence. Best defence is offence. If you make strong enough offence no country will attack you. Addtionally gaining nuclear missles gives you the best offence (which equals defence), because no country would want to mess with a country who has nuclear missles.

No country would attack Russia, which country could survive an attack of over 2000 nuclear missles? They can destroy the entire earth at least 3 times with all that nuclear. I am not saying this amount is anywhere necesarry, but I am saying gaining this offence is automatically giving you superpower in the political arena as well as millitary.
