Have you ever tried to debate with historians? We don't argue about the rights and wrongs of an issue. We debate what it means. The current biggest area of study for the PLA is the War Zone Campaing. One simple article launched six pages of debate; citing historic examples and me running to Indian officers to see if the Chinese had read the InA right.
