افغانستان کے دوسرے بڑے شہر قندہار میں منگل کو ہونے والے ایک خود کش حملے میں کم از کم سات افراد ہلاک، جبکہ ایک بچہ زخمی ہو گیا ہے۔

بی بی سی پشتو کے ذرائع کے مطابق اس حملے کا ہدف بلوچ عسکریت پسند کمانڈر اسلم بلوچ عرف اچھو تھے، جو اس حملے کے نتیجے میں چھ دیگر کمانڈروں کے ساتھ ہلاک ہوگئے۔

ادھر پاکستان کے صوبہ بلوچستان سے تعلق رکھنے والی کالعدم عسکریت پسند تنظیم بلوچ لبریشن آرمی نے کمانڈر اسلم بلوچ کی پانچ دیگر افراد کے ہمراہ ہلاکت کی تصدیق کی ہے۔

اب تک پاکستانی حکام کی جانب سے اس واقعے کے حوالے سے کوئی بیان سامنے نہیں آیا ہے۔

تنظیم کی جانب سے نامعلوم مقام سے جاری کیے جانے والے ایک بیان میں ترجمان جنید بلوچ کے مطابق مارے جانے والے دیگر پانچ دیگر افراد بھی ان کی تنظیم کے اہم رکن تھے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق ہلاک ہونے والے دیگر کمانڈروں میں تاجو مری، روستم عرف روستو، رحیم مری اور ناصر بلوچ اور اُن کے دو اور ساتھی شامل ہیں۔

قندہار میں موجود ذرائع نے بی بی سی کو بتایا کہ کمانڈر اسلم بلوچ عرف اچھو کچھ ہفتے قبل ہی قندہار آئے تھے۔

پاکستانی ذرائع کے مطابق کمانڈر اسلم بلوچ عرف اچھو کراچی میں چین کے قونصل خانے پر ہونے والے حالیے حملے کے بھی ماسٹر مائنڈ تھے اور اس سے پہلے جون 2013 میں بلوچستان کے علاقے زیارت میں قائداعظم ریذیڈینسی پر بھی ہونے والے حملے کے پیچھے انہی کا ہاتھ تھا۔

افغان حکام کے مطابق یہ حملہ منگل کی شام قندہار کے پوش علاقے عینو مینہ میں ہوا۔ حکام کے مطابق اس حملے ایک بچہ بھی زخمی ہوا ہے۔

افغانستان کے شہر قندہار میں ہونے والے اس خودکش حملے کی ذمہ داری کسی تنظیم نے ابھی تک قبول نہیں کی ہے۔

پاکستان میں سرکاری حکام کے مطابق اسلم بلوچ کو کالعدم عسکریت تنظیم بلوچ لبریشن آرمی ایک گروپ کا سربراہ قرار دیتے رہے ہیں۔ اس سے قبل 2016 میں پاکستانی حکام نے بلوچستان کے علاقے سبی میں اسلم عرف اچھو کو ہلاک کرنے کا دعویٰ کیا تھا، لیکن وہ اس حملے میں صرف زخمی ہوئے تھے۔

پاکستانی حکام الزام لگاتے ہیں کہ زخمی ہونے کے بعد اسلم بلوچ عرف اچھو کو افغانستان کے راستے علاج کے لیے بھارت لے جایا گیا تھا، جہاں سے وہ علاج کے بعد واپس افغانستان آیا۔

اسلم بلوچ عرف اچھو پر بلوچستان میں بم دھماکوں، سیکورٹی فورسز پر حملوں اور ٹارگٹ کلنگ کے متعدد مقدمات درج تھے، جبکہ اُن کے سر کی قیمت 50 لاکھ روپے مقرر کی گئی تھی۔

رواں سال دالبندین میں چینی انجنیئروں اور کارکنوں پر جو خود کش حملہ کیا گیا اس کا ماسٹر مائنڈ بھی اسلم بلوچ بتایا گیا تھا۔

کالعدم بی ایل اے کے بیان کے مطابق اسلم بلوچ بی ایل اے کے اہم کمانڈر اور تنظیم کے بانی رہنماؤں میں سے ایک تھے۔

بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ وہ گذشتہ 25 سال سے تنظیم سے منسلک تھے۔

جیئند بلوچ کے بیان کے مطابق اسلم بلوچ کے ساتھ مارے جانے والے کمانڈر کریم مری 2003 سے ،سردارو 2003 سے ، اختر بلوچ 2003 اور فرید بلوچ اورصادق بلوچ 2012 سے تنظیم میں شامل تھے۔

تنظیم کے بیان کے مطابق اسلم بلوچ مجید فدائین بریگیڈ کے بانی تھے اور ان کا ایک جوانسال بیٹابھی ایک خود کش حملے میں مارا گیا تھا۔
