I'm not sure what you are referring to. Its a cool pic. And in any case the U.S. military has sunk carriers long before satellites existed.

having an CBG and actually being able to do something with it are two different things. the Chinese have no experience in these matters. they will require at least 8-10 yrs before they develop tactics and are able to get this to function and a cohesive fighting unit.
